If you have been driving in Dubai for more than a few months, you already know — a flat tyre here is not a matter of if. It is a matter of when. Dubai is one of the most vehicle-intensive cities on earth with over 1.8 million registered cars sharing roads that are constantly being expanded, repaired, and rebuilt.
The construction activity running through Al Furjan, Dubai Land, Wadi Al Safa, Damac Hills, and Al Hebiah right now is putting a constant stream of nails, screws, and sharp metal fragments onto surrounding roads. Residents in Al Quoz regularly find industrial nails in their tyres after a single trip down the service road. Drivers in JLT come back from work to find their tyre sidewall cut from the high kerbs in the cluster parking. In the summer months between June and September, when road surface temperatures in Dubai cross 70 degrees Celsius, even a small slow puncture can turn into a full blowout before you reach the next exit.
So when it happens to you, there are really only two questions that matter: how fast can someone get to me, and will the repair actually last?

High traffic density on fast motorways increases debris impact speed.
Nails & sharp screws from sites in Al Furjan, Dubai Land, and Al Hebiah.
Frequent sidewall pinches & cuts in JLT, Marina, and Downtown basements.
Extreme summer road temperatures turn small slow punctures into sudden blowouts.

Most tyre services in Dubai work the same way: vague ETAs, rushed jobs, cash and leave. We do it differently. Every job follows the exact same transparent 5-step process.
WhatsApp is our primary channel because it is faster than a call for both sides. Send us three things: your location as a pin or a description, your vehicle make and model, and what the problem is. Flat tyre. Nail in tyre. TPMS light came on. Need new tyres before a road trip. That is enough.
If you are on a highway hard shoulder where typing is not safe, call us directly. We pick up 24 hours. Tell us your location verbally and we handle everything from there.
What happens in the first two minutes after you contact us: we read your message, check the nearest available technician, and reply with the confirmed ETA and the technician's name. You are not told someone will be with you shortly. You get a name and a time.
Not every tyre call needs the same equipment. A Tesla with an acoustic foam-lined tyre needs different handling than a Prado that picked up a nail on a Hatta Road trip. A BMW run-flat that went flat needs immediate replacement stock on the van. We dispatch the technician who has the right tools and the right tyre sizes for your vehicle based on what you tell us.
Our service vans carry a professional tyre changing machine, a digital wheel balancer, an air compressor with nitrogen capability, a TPMS reset tool, puncture repair equipment including vulcanising solution and internal mushroom patches, and stock of the most popular Dubai vehicle tyre sizes across Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, Pirelli, Goodyear, and Hankook.
If you are in a gated community, the technician is briefed on the access requirements from your first message. If you are in Palm Jumeirah, the Frond access protocol is prepared before departure. If you are in Damac Hills, the security gate procedure is confirmed. You do not have to manage the entry process on arrival.
When our technician arrives at your car, the first action is a free inspection of the damaged tyre. You are present for this. The technician shows you the damage, explains what it is, and gives you the diagnosis (repairable or not repairable) and the exact price. Before any work starts. Before any money changes hands.
If repairable: nail in the central tread area, hole under 6mm, inner liner intact. Price confirmed. You agree. Work starts.
If not repairable: sidewall damage, hole too large, inner liner compromised, or the tyre was driven on flat and the sidewall is crushed. The technician shows you why, presents replacement options from van stock with prices. You decide. No pressure.
If you choose not to proceed with anything, you pay AED 50 for the inspection only. This is rare but we apply it honestly when it happens.
For a puncture repair, here is exactly what happens at your car: The wheel comes off. The tyre comes off the rim. The inner liner is inspected under light for secondary damage, cracking, or delamination invisible from outside. The puncture area is buffed and cleaned on the inside. Vulcanising solution is applied. An internal mushroom patch is bonded to the inner liner from inside. The patch is pressed and seated. The tyre goes back on the rim. The bead is seated. The tyre is inflated to the manufacturer-specified pressure for your vehicle. The wheel goes back on, torqued to the correct specification.
That is not a five-minute job. A proper internal patch puncture repair takes 25 to 35 minutes. If anyone does it in five minutes, they are not doing what is described above. They are doing a rope plug.
For a tyre replacement, the new tyre is mounted on the rim, the wheel is placed on the digital balancer, weights are applied until the balance reading reaches zero across both planes, and the balanced wheel is fitted to the vehicle.
Three things happen before the technician leaves your location: The repaired or replaced tyre is checked for correct pressure with the vehicle weight on it. All other three tyres are checked and inflated to manufacturer specification. The TPMS warning light is confirmed clear — if not, the scan tool reset is performed on-site.
You receive a job receipt showing the work done, tyre details, price, and date. This receipt is your 90-day warranty record and is accepted at Tasjeel and for insurance documentation.
A Toyota Corolla owner in Mogul Cluster found her front right tyre completely flat in the building parking at 6:45 AM on a weekday. The TPMS light had been on for two days. She WhatsApped us her location pin and the car make.
We arrived in 28 minutes. A 4mm construction nail was in the central tread. Inner liner was intact — the car had not been driven on the flat. Standard internal patch repair. Total time from our arrival to her driving out of the parking: 31 minutes. She made it to work on time. Repair cost: AED 85.
The nail came from the connector road between Discovery Gardens and the Al Furjan development access road, which passes a site that was actively removing timber formwork. Nails from formwork boards are the most common debris type on that stretch.
A Kia Sportage owner caught the front tyre sidewall on the raised concrete kerb at the bottom of the JLT Cluster K basement ramp on a Saturday evening. The tyre was losing pressure fast with a visible bulge on the lower sidewall.
We arrived in 24 minutes. The inspection confirmed a 3cm sidewall cut with visible cord damage. We showed him the damage directly. Sidewall damage is not repairable by any standard. We presented Hankook Dynapro and Bridgestone Dueler options for his 235/55 R18 from van stock. He chose the Hankook at AED 420 including fit and balance. The JLT basement height restriction was not a problem for our van. Wheel off, new tyre mounted and balanced, refitted in 38 minutes. We checked the opposite tyre as a precaution and noted 3mm of remaining tread on his receipt.
A villa owner on Palm Jumeirah Frond G contacted us at 11:20 PM. His Range Rover Sport had a slow front left tyre that had gone nearly flat in the villa carport. He had already inflated it at a petrol station but it was losing pressure again.
We coordinated the Frond G security gate with his unit number and arrived in 35 minutes. No puncture in the tread. The inner liner was clean. The leak was a cracked rubber valve stem, degraded from four years of Dubai heat. Valve stem replacement: AED 40. Fifteen minutes. We checked all four tyre pressures on the Range Rover and inflated the other three tyres, which were all below the specified 38 PSI. He had been quoted AED 120 minimum by another service without an inspection. We charged what the job required.
A Nissan Patrol Y62 driver contacted us at 9:15 PM from the hard shoulder between the Al Furjan exit and the Discovery Gardens junction on Al Khail Road. He had experienced a front right blowout at approximately 110 km/h. The tyre had shredded the entire tread section.
We dispatched immediately and arrived in 37 minutes. Reflective triangles were placed behind the Patrol before any work began. The 275/60 R20 size is standard Y62 Patrol stock we carry. A new Bridgestone Dueler HP was fitted and balanced on the hard shoulder from the safe side of the vehicle. Total hard shoulder time from our arrival: 44 minutes. Replacement tyre cost: AED 680 including fitting and balancing.
A Tesla Model Y owner in a Downtown Dubai apartment tower discovered a TPMS alert and confirmed low pressure in the rear left tyre at 2:30 PM on a Saturday. He had a tyre sealant canister in the boot and asked if he should use it.
We advised him clearly: do not use sealant on a Tesla. Tyre sealant blocks and destroys Tesla TPMS sensors. Each sensor costs AED 400 to 800 to replace. The correct response is a professional patch repair.
We arrived in 29 minutes. A 3mm nail in the central tread. Acoustic foam liner intact and undisturbed. We performed the internal patch with correct acoustic foam handling — the foam is carefully moved aside, the patch is applied, the foam is repositioned and secured before remounting. TPMS reset confirmed clear after a short test roll in the basement. Repair cost: AED 130. His sensors were undamaged. He saved at minimum AED 400 by not using the sealant.
We cover the following areas of Dubai. If your location is not listed, contact us — we may still be able to reach you.

Go through five of our competitors' websites right now and try to find a single clear pricing page. Most either hide the number entirely, show a vague from figure, or quote a call-out fee separately from the repair cost. We do not do that. The prices on our pricing page are what you pay. We tell you the exact cost after the inspection and before we touch the car. If you do not like the number, you are free to say no.
There are services in Dubai that charge AED 20 to 30 for a puncture repair that is actually an external rope plug pushed in from outside without removing the tyre. This type of repair is not considered permanent by any tyre manufacturer or by RTA standards. It may hold for a week or it may fail on the E311 at 140 km/h. Every repair we do involves removing the tyre, inspecting the inner liner, and applying a vulcanised internal patch. It costs a bit more and takes a bit longer. It lasts.
In Dubai, tyres that fail Tasjeel inspection because of an improper repair cost you time and the re-inspection fee. Our repairs meet RTA standards. We document the work and can provide the job record if you need it.
Our technicians work across all conditions — in the 45-degree summer heat, during Ramadan night hours when traffic on Dubai's roads peaks between 10 PM and 2 AM, and on public holidays. Dubai does not stop because of the weather and neither do we.
QARO requires you to download an app to see pricing. Dial-A-Tire takes bookings through a website. We work on WhatsApp because that is how Dubai operates. You message us, we reply in minutes, we tell you the ETA, we send you a technician. No account creation. No app installation. Just a WhatsApp.
Our technicians are DED-licensed and fully insured for residential, commercial, and roadside work. We speak English, Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu. When the building security guard asks questions, we handle it.
We are a DED-licensed mobile tyre repair and supply team based in Dubai. We work across 26 areas of the city, every day of the year, at every hour. Our technicians carry DED identification and are trained in tyre fitting, balancing, and puncture repair to the standards required by UAE tyre manufacturers and RTA.
We do not have a workshop. We do not want one. The workshop model means the customer has to bring the problem to us. The mobile model means we take the solution to the customer. In a city where most people commute by car, where temperatures make waiting roadside dangerous in summer, and where gated communities make traditional roadside service complicated, mobile is the only model that makes sense.

We work on passenger cars, SUVs, crossovers, and light pickup trucks. We carry Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, Pirelli, Goodyear, Hankook, and Yokohama. We handle Tesla acoustic foam tyres, BMW run-flats, Porsche N-rated OE fitments, and the standard family sedan with equal care.
We have been doing this in Dubai long enough to know which roads produce nails on which days, which communities have which gate protocols, and which tyre sizes are most likely on which vehicles. That knowledge is part of the service.
"I called at 11 PM because my Camry tyre was flat in the JLT basement. I honestly expected to wait two hours or be told to call back in the morning. They arrived in 26 minutes. The technician showed me the nail, showed me the inside of the tyre after he opened it, and fixed it properly. I have had the rope plug type done before at a petrol station and it started leaking again within a week. This repair is still holding four months later. The price was AED 90. Worth every dirham."
"I found my car flat at 6 AM and had to be in Al Quoz by 7:30. I thought I was going to have to call a taxi and deal with the car later. I WhatsApped them with my location and they replied within two minutes with a 30-minute ETA. They were there in 28. The technician checked all four tyres and told me the back left was going to need attention soon. He was not trying to sell me anything right then, just being honest. Fixed the front right puncture for AED 80. Made it to work."
"I have tried three different mobile tyre services living on the Palm. The main issue is always the gate. Either they do not know how to handle it or they want you to come out and meet them at the guardhouse. This team knew exactly what to say at the Frond security, they had ID ready, they coordinated with the gatehouse, and they came straight to the carport. I needed two new tyres on my X5. They came with Michelin and Bridgestone options, confirmed the price before starting, and did the job in the carport. Clean, fast, professional. I will not be calling anyone else."
Not all tyres perform the same on Dubai roads. The combination of extreme heat, high-speed motorway driving, and heavy stop-start traffic in areas like Al Quoz and Deira puts specific demands on a tyre.

Between June and September, the asphalt surface temperature in Dubai regularly reaches 70 degrees Celsius. RTA and independent measurements have confirmed surface temperatures this high on major roads including Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Khail Road, and E311.
At these extreme temperatures, a tyre that is under-inflated, older than four years, or carrying a poor plug repair weakens from the inside fast.

Dubai is always building. The 13-kilometre road upgrade programme active across Al Barsha, Al Quoz, Mirdif, Al Satwa, Jumeirah, and Umm Suqeim is ongoing. Al Furjan, Dubai Land, Wadi Al Safa, and Al Hebiah are active development zones.
If you live in or regularly drive through any of these areas and your TPMS warning light comes on, a construction nail is the most likely explanation.

During Ramadan, Dubai's roads see significantly higher traffic volume between 9 PM and 2 AM. This is when the highest number of roadside tyre calls come in because more cars are on the road during hours when traditional workshops are closed.
We operate through Ramadan nights. If you need a tyre at 1 AM during the holy month, our mobile technicians are on standby 24/7.
More than 37,900 motorists were fined in the UAE in 2024 for driving on unsafe tyres. A Dh500 fine, 4 black points, and vehicle impoundment for 1 week are the legal consequences. If your tyres are more than 4 years old or show surface cracking, get them inspected before summer heat sets in.
We show our prices publicly because you deserve to know the cost before you call. Every price below is what we charge. No hidden call-out fees if we complete the repair or replacement.
| Service Name | Price (AED) |
|---|---|
| Internal patch puncture repair (sedan) | AED 75 to 100 |
| Internal patch puncture repair (SUV, 4x4, luxury) | AED 100 to 150 |
| Valve stem replacement | AED 30 to 50 |
| Tyre fitting and balancing (labour only) | AED 50 to 100 per tyre |
| Economy tyre supply and fit | AED 200 to 350 per tyre |
| Mid-range tyre supply and fit (Hankook, Yokohama, Goodyear) | AED 300 to 480 per tyre |
| Premium tyre supply and fit (Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental) | AED 450 to 700 per tyre |
| Run-flat tyre supply and fit (BMW, Mercedes OE) | AED 650 to 1,200 per tyre |
| EV acoustic foam tyre supply and fit (Tesla, Volvo) | AED 550 to 900 per tyre |

| Nitrogen inflation (all four tyres) | AED 40 to 80 |
| TPMS sensor reset | AED 30 to 80 |
| After 11 PM emergency premium | +50 AED |
A proper internal patch puncture repair in Dubai costs between AED 75 and AED 150 depending on the tyre size and repair complexity. External plug repairs sold at petrol stations for AED 20 to 30 are not permanent and do not meet RTA standards. The difference is worth it.
